If you've bought things and already used and benefitted from them, it's not fair you should get a refund and face no consequences just because you are a whiny baby over one update

It is not fair that some people could have payed to power level with eggs/incense/incubators/lures then get all of their money refunded, if you want a refund then it should be because you no longer want to play, therefore losing access to your account should not be a big deal.

People have taken advantage of this whole refund thing and if I were working for Niantic I would have zero tolerance for it.
