Notifications now display on the top of the screen where they're more visible and less likely to be obscured by hands for mobile users

can you make an option regarding this one? I much preferred the notifications on the bottom of my screen.
Also, the notification que thing is very weird when Pking, though I might just need to get used to it.
Edit: it needs to be quicker, I've been getting pile ups of notifications, to the point where when I stopped Pking it took nearly thirty seconds for it to "unravel" and catch up.
