All the issues with furniture going haywire should be fixed, but you may need to remove the furniture and place it again.
HP not showing properly couldn't be reproduced--I tried with the dumbbells but couldn't get it to happen. Either way I added something to try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Nice turn around. The HP thing was when some one else was hitting my character, and purely graphic display. Pretty obscure and not game breaking.
