At higher levels it was hard enough to worship RNGsus to not have your cp 43 pidgey break out and bail, and it's supposedly worse now?

Also,

"Sir, we can't seem to fix the 3 footstep bug"
"Ok just take footsteps out and we'll say it's intentional so we look competent"
