Go to the Gang Point Shop at the Top of Oasis
Walk towards your left following the path.
You will walk and find a fireplace with two tables
Go to the table at the right side of the fireplace then walk done and find a Pine Tree or something with a obvious spacing. Grab the tree at the front of the space.
