It's not about them being responsible it's the principle of actually helping the game.
The point is PC players/Some staff in the past have been annoyed themselves about how graal has been/how it got neglected(pc graal) yet they doing the exact same thing with these 'one-off' type party house when stuff could be permanent for others and actually help graal itself.
