everyone enjoys the game differently, nobody gets to decide what form of playing is 'experienced' or not

also @ everyone saying it's about having 'inexperienced' admins - it really isn't, maybe in other situations it is but in this particular one the issue was there not being any admins online, not because they were inexperienced or whatever
