It often feels like this game is being administrated and controlled by people who don't even understand, experience, or enjoy it

everyone enjoys the game differently, nobody gets to decide what form of playing is 'experienced' or not
also @ everyone saying it's about having 'inexperienced' admins - it really isn't, maybe in other situations it is but in this particular one the issue was there not being any admins online, not because they were inexperienced or whatever
