Pointing out specific people, singling them out in a public forum is a form of "Bullying". Just don't rant about players. That's not what the forums are for. PM staff members. Don't bring it here. If everyone posted stuff about how certain players cheat, this forum would be nothing but a giant rant.

They might as well re-name this "Report abuse forum", if you think you can just rant about other specific players. Just don't do it. It's extremely rude.
