Legally speaking I don't know. Socially speaking the one thing I can recall is how the muder rate of transgender people is disproportionately high. I think that's related to the social acceptance thing that CM wrote about.

Anecdotally I've often seen trans people being mistaken for feminists with little evidence. That's more funny than bad though.
