This video doesn't attempt to explain anything it's just some weird rallying cry or something. It's not cringy IMO; if anything it's cheesy.

Yeah I didn't really like the commentator all too much but this is the only video of that **** I could find at the moment.
There was another person who made a reaction video to this one that was soooo much better but I can't seem to find it.
