He actually can script. Just not the best, but he can. And quit bringing in other languages, you can learn Gs2 w/o another language.

Guess what? GS2 supports HTML.
As I said, no one is really qualified to be a manager, but we have to chose the most qualified ones. Activity wise, Silver would be the best choice.
