We are currently working on the weapons trust me, and not just changing the attack damages but also most likely adding new features. Not making any promises yet, but I'm in contact with other people who have experience on weapon balancing. So don't worry ^^

"We"? I mean no disrespect or offense when I say this, but I don't see why you should have much of an input on the weapon balancing when you have probably never participated in PKing activities on Zone.
The best thing you could do regarding it is hire a Weapons Admin. You wouldn't want your levels team to create all the graphics for Zone would you? No! It's important that the people in charge of reforming the weapons are committed, experienced, and 100% focused on what they're doing. I fear you, the manager who has to overlook all of the staff team's work, will not have that sort of dedication/time to spare for this vital process.
Also, whatever you believe of Geno (and ghetto actually); they are/were both extremely adept at their job. Despite that you mightn't get along, they are the best candidates for the position. Or PigParty.
