Tried explaining to her why I don't get my mom anything more than a card for mothers day, and she just kept going on and on about how my mom raised me and stuff..

I get my mom a card or something, but I get more gifts than her on mothers day because my birthday usually falls either on mothers day, or a few days before/after it.
