Did you forget the password to the email or forgot the email that's identified to the account?
|
I know the password to the email and I know which email is identified to the account as I still have access to the account through Facebook but my email account thinks "someone else is using it" causing it to be locked until i confirm that i own it. Thus I am unable to confirm I own it because of how old it is.

Why can't you access the e-mail it is identified to?

Like i said just now to Bryan "I know the password to the email and I know which email is identified to the account as I still have access to the account through Facebook but my email account thinks "someone else is using it" causing it to be locked until i confirm that i own it. Thus I am unable to confirm I own it because of how old it is. "
I know it sounds harsh, but there's nothing we can do.
We can only change emails in limited circumstances regarding school addresses or ISP's-
The onus on account security is on you- there's not much we can do if you use fake phone numbers as verification

But I still have access to the account and I am the only one that has access to it. Isn't that enough? No other ip's login to it no one has reported that the account has been stolen.
Edit:sorry for taking so long to reply!
