Hiya! Circus has been a Gang I've owned on Ol'West since the beginning. After a long period of inactivity from basing and a few complications, we are finally hoping to start basing again!

Currently, we are struggling to find suitable/experienced leaders to make sure we can maintain basing time around the clock which is why I'm here advertising the open spots.

Why should you join? Currently we are the third Gang in line to hit 1.5k at 675 current basing hours and growing. My system works as such; if you are a ranked member - you automatically qualify for a hat spot. Additionally, I believe in a system where I can allow my leaders and perm members have the creative freedom to make decisions for themselves i.e doubling or taking risks.

Please understand that before you consider joining we only have a handful of rules to ensure that the Gang runs efficiently;
No slacking - there is 0 tolerance for slacking off and doing other things while we are basing.
Represent yourself well - I personally hate drama and childish behaviour within a Gang. Behave yourself and cooperate with others.
Have fun - my only aim is to ensure the Gang is gaining basing time. Don't treat it like a race or competition with other gangs, you'll end up stressing yourself out.
