Next time the relevance in a post predates your comprehension level, I would advise asking for clarification, instead of making a fool of yourself and making your community look bad.

To satisfy your real inquiry of "how is this relevant to an Era that I am familiar with?", which you may have been to embarrassed to ask directly:

In 2004, the Spar Complex was introduced to PC Era.
In 2010, Development of iEra was a copy+paste, representative of PC Era at the time-- this included the exact positioning of the spar complex.

Given this relationship, any history that predates 2010 on PC Era is in exact lineage to iEra.
