ya basically, but odds are you will end up fighting a lot of noobs, will eventually neutralize at 12 pps or something

not really, I sparred a lot of nubs on this one, just to get my 20k wins. If you meant in general, then yeah most people spar a lot of nubs to stay at the top of the leaderboard.
