If this was genuinely how these ranks were worked out then Eko and even Skull should definitely be ranked higher. Eko is easily one of the most consistent GST players in history. I can't think of any reason for his low ranking other than Mikvas own personal bias when it comes to these rankings. There's quite literally no way he's better that Eko based on the way you say this has been ranked. Other than that it's generally quite accurate, good job.
