Oh that was open container and underage drinking ticket. And I'm complaining about that because most logical countries have their drinking age as 18 but America allows you to join the Army and get killed at 18 but not drink a beer until your 21.
And this is because some people lost their family member due to some fatal drinking and driving accident, so they decided "Okay because some idiots at 18 can't handle their booze, lets penalize the whole country of 18 year olds."
Meanwhile most American youth begin drinking their first beers at 13. Let people do what they want as long as they aren't harming somebody else. If somebody drinks and drives, they should be arrested because that can cause harm. But If i want to drink a beer, I should be able to, doesn't harm anybody.

As I've already said, If he was drinking while driving, he deserves it. It has nothing to do with the legal age. If you had an open drink and you were over 21 you're still gonna get charged.
If he wants to be a cop then maybe he should've obeyed the laws?
