They show you the exact same results, the mobile version is just a mobile friendly interface, PC makes it easier to load more codes per page and go through pages fast but if you are searching for something specific you will get the same results on both versions.

Even then, mobile is still very fast and it makes copying/pasting codes much easier, the PC version does not load all the codes properly and often requires you to open the image you want in a whole new tab and getting the code that way, with mobile you just click the image and the code pops up right away.
