Wouldn't mind if it was something simple like King, Knights, Pawns.
But, making your own symbols would be better.
Would be nice if you could see enemy guilds' ranks as well.

Don't think that enemy guilds ranks are necessary, some guilds may not want people to know who has what rank.
Besides, you could always just target the leader by getting his name
