Don't get so defensive. You act like he got hired. Do you really think he did? And also, they probably only hire applications that stand out. If yours was as formal as possible, you may have not stood out from the rest of applications. I recommend getting more in-game experience and re-applying. This server will always eventually be looking for staff. Everyone has to quit sometime. Just got to out-wait them. Just act like an admin... You can always report rule breakers as a normal player. If you benefit the server enough, they wont ignore you.
