99% sure the problem comes from the fact that popular 1k hat makers care more about the act of having the hat than actually valuing the hat
If you guys didn't know about the MDR/ANl3U/Return thing, it basically went like: - Mya (ANl3U leader) says I can reference a template that Juggs gave to her for MDR's hat
- We get a ~*SECRET HAT MAKER*~ to make it:

- She changes her mind and wants it for ANl3U instead - I'm annoyed but I'm okay with it since it was "hers" originally (not really, but arguing with girls is a bad idea)
- She gets Vaazk to make a hat for ANl3U using the same reference
- He makes it and she doesn't like it so he threatens to send the hat to another guild unless she uploads it
- After Ezio fixes the hat up and throws wings on it that were on some other hat, she caves in
- I get the hat uploaded on her behalf because she isn't active and asked me to:

- Despite her giving in to his demands, he still sent his version of her hat to another guild (Return) and it gets uploaded:

That was definitely the most cancerous thing ever and what made me realize that most 1k hat makers are just going to slap together anything to get that +1 incremental hat count under their belt

Never knew this and it surprised me. I used to see Vaazk as a great hat maker but that has changed.
