I think saying that the average person improves Ivy's art by editing it is pretty ridiculous. But like Colin said, from an artist's POV her art isn't really worth stealing. That's not to discredit Ivy's work either, but if someone who had any pixel art talent needed a head for Graal, they'd be better off making their own then stealing Ivy's.

I don't frequent any art threads anymore but last I saw most of her heads are recolors/edits of her past works.
