its still not really their fault you disconnected, but it is certainly unfortunate
If you can't "control" your internet, should you be entering these competitions in the first place? :/
Edit: finally watched the video (or the relevant part anyway), I'm guessing it appeared to the staff that you were already in the spar, if not, then your team shouldn't have queued.
