Why would they give you a redo for said reason? So if I'm about to lose a match, should I just close the app / cut power to my router / etc and claim my internet crashed, then demand a redo?
Seriously, it isn't hard to figure out why they don't do that.
Are you just looking for a reason to complain about the staff? Either way, thanks, because I come here to complain about everyone complaining, and it makes my day a lot better.
Don't see how Marshmallow could have been a problem when the GPA was right there watching everything he did... not that I could make any sense of Red's post anyway

The reason why you aren't given a redo due to your own internet failing is because if that was allowed, it would give opportunity for everyone else to do it too eventually leading to people abusing it. What I am trying to tell you is things like this are your own responsibility and it seems you have yet to accept that. Redo's are only put in place if the interference during the match was on the server's or staff member's end. There are plenty of guilds that sign up for the GST and if every guild signed up had the ability to redo a match due to their own issues, it's likely there wouldn't be a GST at all. It's quite silly to assume that a whole GST should be redone due to something the server or its representatives are not responsible for. There simply isn't time mid-GST for your problems to be considered with enough valid proof/evidence for a rematch/redo.
There have been circumstances in the past where players were DDOSing other players and in those cases, it has been dealt with to the extent that it can be, but unfortunately, in your case this is no one's responsibility but your own.
