Lots of people usually do a new channel if it's terminated. My NBA highlights YouTuber Ximo got his channel terminated and made a new one. I still have my NBA highlights

I'm assuming this is who you're talking about, and it appears that he shouldn't be allowed to own another channel. Wait does he seriously post full basketball games? Legitimate question because I don't know the guy, just read through some video titles. Anyways, just because a lot of people do it, doesn't make it ok. YouTube just needs to crack down and actually enforce their rules.
