I've seen a lot of people with hats I've never seen around but I think is because of the initiative and I don't think you can trade hats with staff.

i dont literally mean "trade" more like a swap out. dont get me wrong im sorta glad i have a hatt nobody has, but my favorite hat is one i have seen a few people with. and although nobody has this its kinda ugly... id much rather have a hat that isnt to rare that i like, then somthing i dont really like that nobody has.
