You're not alone in this Bailey. You can pull through it and remember you're important to many people here and in your every day life. I've been through it too whereas you think you're in a dark void with no escape. But there is an escape and you can survive. I can advise to try these options to help cope with your behavior:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Psychodynamic Therapy
- Mood Journal (write down your thoughts)
- Visit local support groups or call a hotline
- Meditation

Edit: Some people do need medication to get over depression. But it is rarely used alone as a treatment; especially in young people. Get an evaluation to see what's best for you.
