Gah, bit of a throwback but I agree with everything here. I've mentioned this to Tashkin/Matt/whoever has been in a position of management and even tried to spearhead some sort of change, but it's never taken seriously or goes anywhere.

Speaking in all honesty, though, I agree. Too many staff have been hired & promoted out of desperation to fill that position, and not because of qualifications. Or in some cases for Dev departments, someone was hired because they were qualified if you considered only their skill in that developmental task, but were entirely unqualified to represent iZone's staff team based on the way they behaved. Because of desperation to fill that position, nothing has been done about these issues for the most part.
