this. taxes are higher and economy ain't doing so well BUT HEY at least our roads are drivable. and nicer people on the whole from my experiences

My "Step" Father doesn't know what we would do in Canada, Since he doesn't live there and we had visited Delaware which had a lot of coloured and white kids like me, and my family.
I think Delaware would be good, and fun if we were in a private school or homeschool.
