So your telling me for some reason bullets do less damage in the 1700-1800 and do more damage in the modern day? Lmao ��

Bit late to the party, but I'll just leave these here. Granted both Grapeshot and 50 Cal. bullets have been reported to literally disconnect a humans top half from their bottom half. Also keep in mind that grapeshot is fired out of a cannon, and takes considerably longer to prepare another shot.
Grapeshot (little larger than fist sized) down to mustket ball. These were the typical "bullets" of the time.

These are many of the current day commonly used bullets. For (inaccurate) scale, the 50 cal bullet + casing would be slightly shorter than the length of your hand if placed at the base of your palm.
