it'd only be cool if actual things happened during the cycles
like if PK was enabled everywhere when it was night or if new bug types came out, etc.

Would fix all the people who want "the purge" to happen all the time, and would be a nice variety for pking.
ALSO, this would move a lot of people from being around the same area. They would move indoors, instead of staying outside (which is supposedly the cause of lag).
