If you make the fire heal me as fast as food, fire to be cheap, not time consuming, easy to handle, guarantee everyone will have fire even myself then go ahead but I shouldn't wait 30 seconds to get the same amount of hp as if I used food plus fire can be broken by anyone
If it's going to be an "mmorpg" why remove food lol
Mmos have healing foods, potions, and sometimes spells

Fire is an instant AoE (Area of effect) heal which means fire is a lot more op for basing if you combine it with teamwork (In theory you could be close to invincible if you have multiple healers)
