He didn't say he doesn't complain. He just said he doesn't complain OFTEN. That's the whole point of trading. You trade rare stuff for other rare stuff. If you didn't allow trading of rare items then what's the point. Just go buy the item. But if someone were to trade a GST hat for an event hat then let it be they're trading for a reason. It's their item and they should do what they want with them. You can't baby sit everyone and you sure as hell cant tell them what they can and cannot do with their items. How would you like it if someone told you how to spend your hard earned money.

The main reason you shouldn't be able to trade gst hats or event hats etc, is that they were earned through a special event. Don't try and make it sound right when it's wrong to begin with.
