I'm really curious as to how you think ban appeals work. Judging by how many people are unbanned after they say their ban was in error, I would imagine it is the same as most appeals on other games:

1. Player appeals
2. Appeal is checked by support staff
3. Staff look at player in question and make sure evidence matches with ban
4. If there is no evidence for the ban, ban is removed / adjusted to match evidence.

If anyone has actual experience working with tickets on iClassic, they can feel free to correct me, but since this is how it works on most games / servers I doubt I'm incorrect.
