I would take Albie's advice, and I would try to make eye contact with her. Just keep your head up, you don't need to look straight into her eyes all the time. But don't put your head down when you talk. Personally, it's hard for me to understand someone if they aren't making some eye contact with me-- because they're talking somewhere else, or because I don't know what they're feeling. Making eye contact allows more comfort, transparency, and trust in the conversation.
That being said, it's okay if you're a little nervous. Just accept it, and allow the conversation to put you at ease.
