There are Pro's and Con's to restarting Zone iPhone. But FRIED RICE and I are really trying hard to produce a lot of new things for iZone. In all honesty you can't blame it on management, if you have seen how hard we work, especially FRIED, he has worked so hard to come up with new projects the will improve iZone.
about removing it from the appstore for a while and actually make the game amazing with nice sounds, background music, a nice gmap, an actual nice solar system with nice planets and baddies/aliens to battle off. Even planets with other towns and shops with special items. Yes it sounds like an amazing game but it would be a long time to create it into reality.
FRIED is also in the process of making a system that helps players send us ideas and talk to us about their ideas but it's in the work and I don't know much about it.
But expect many updates coming to Zone. I cannot promise you any dates that it will happen and don't get your hopes up that they will occur soon. Nice updates don't come easy. But I promise you  They will be worth the wait.

I have an open mind and I try to get players to help out with iZone. I was starting to do more graphic submissions because we were lacking in graphics made by our own team which was sad. ones who did submit graphics did a nice job and I will release a shop filled with their things soon enough. I like having players join in on the help, it helps iZone which I want iZone to succeed and having players help sounds like a fun and great idea but I don't think the idea of having them 'overthrow' zone or whatever some of you guys said would be a proper idea.
But really, if you do have an idea for iZone that is actually reasonable that our team could produce the graphics for and things like that I'd love to hear it. I am open to any idea really just shoot me an Email with the subject 'iZone Idea'. My email is [email protected] I'm sure many of you have amazing ideas. |
The thing is there is ton of ideas that are reasonable to do, just that it may look alot to do when put in big list but these stuff can be worked on job by job personally if I was in management id scrap the lesser known events that come up and stick to just (valentines day/easter/halloween/christmas) Rest of the year round work on these jobs and get it finished..
[main reason all servers barely have quests/new activities is because they spend too much time on this] to allow even more time do these contest on graalians(previous didnt like here because everyone would bash on zone-but now is your chance to get more of a community than shutting yourselves off)
some ideas:
big:
-Tileset
-spaceship mission(go out into actual space-can mine from rock/spaceship attacks/battles etc)
-small maps like how classic did nexus space but zone could do for new planets just using floor tiles and walls(basically like iricia etc but different kinds-have different design idea for all)
smaller ideas:
-create unique bigger characters for npc's
(like space troops or Alien creatures-depending how the story of zone is going to be[as now its just platform in atmosphere-not even space X_X]
-new couple of maps/levels for new showdown maps
-to add onto that make showdown have its own ldrboard(player wins=1win) to incourage more of a solo acheivement as majority of stuff is guild based..this would make lots more play it again imo(also should be nearer to start)
-new overdue by yr zonecoin items weapons etc Do a contest HERE if you must.
P.s at frieds idea of creating a system to get ideas etc you have a dam forum and forums with bigger community here stop wasting time on useless stuff(whether it such hard work) it makes no sense to do that when you already have it
