Ok guys heres what we should do.
We should have a very very very small staff, they are incharge of the following
Graphics/ganis
Levels, shops, quests etc
Npc codes
Items
Weaponry.
Then what we do is we have an open community project. They put in graphics, code, levels, weapons etc into this dropbox
Staff then test it, edit it and copypaste the final code into the game.

This sounds alright. there would be a clash of styles, but thats never been a problem before has it? Tbh if someone wrote down what iZone needed and put the file in a dropbox, personally if I saw something I felt like making I'd try.
