MrSimons and latte where the best GFX Heads Zone will probably ever see. The GFX team was never more productive than when the time MrSimons was in charge. As for kenovo, that was entirely his choice. Also everyone who did work got iOS rewards like kenovo (if they wanted it).
The GFX Head doesn't decide on future updates. All they do is coordinate their team. There's really nothing you can blame MrSimons and latte for. There is one time where latte got pretty inactive and had put me in charge to coordinate the team, (it wasn't for long since I had quit afterwards.) but after she came to a point where she didn't feel productive enough is when I assume she quit. Same with MrSimons.
Another problem is nobody wanting to work as GFX for Zone.
