Like you said.. One queue could run multiple arenas in one room. In guild spar: the queue could match guilds based on how many people they have instead of wasting time with 5v2 matches.

For guild spar: It would be cool for people who aren't in any guilds to be matched with random players in the queue, that way people can have a full team, and the rest of the guilds can still have fun. Kind of like an automatic tag when you join CTF red/blue team.
