You still respawn outside, but sometimes when you re-enter the tower too quick, it warps you to a random unstick. At least that's what is happening to me.

Happened again, swamp this time
Also, idk if it's just me, but "unstickme" seems to be broken. "Unstuck me" works though.
Edit: warped to Angel Clan, walked back to MoD, got all the way to the fountain, warped to Onnet.
