how about making a system where we can go to enter a report or talk to a staff, players that are doing that crap will get warped out, im sure a system could be made, anything thats better than feedback, where you get banned for life for making a feedback a staffmember doesnt like,

It isn't necessary. Feedback should be used for feedback only, reports should be used for reports only, and any other support should go to the support email address. The feedback and reports are also
constantly abused by players, which is why people are so easily banned from sending irrelevant messages through feedback. If you don't want to be banned from feedback, don't abuse feedback. Simple.
