Don't bother with any petition, I think that would be a complete waste of your time

Something I had just mentioned to someone is that one thing that I think really might be hampering down the server is the fact that the AFK disconnection has not worked for years

You used to be disconnected after 20 minutes and on every platform you'd need to click the button to reconnect - now you auto-reconnect on every single platform (unless the app is in the background and you're multitasking)
That's a client issue, which is something that someone like Stefan used to handle, but maybe local staff could implement some scripts to make this work properly again

I'm sure that some ridiculous percentage of the playercount is AFK and just consuming server resources at any given time
