no, i dont think its in any games interest to have a specific place where people constantly crowd, it should be evened out, and even if there was something like this, there should be more than 1, spread across the world with different purposes to go there (can be repeatable dailies that are equal (and really equal) on difficulty and an according reward, maybe one may be done faster, but less rewarding)
