Ok i see the problem self when i was in italy for holidays and they cant talk english/german/... they can only italy only a few knows english...
The same is in french they most know only french...

it would be ok when they would hire a few from uk they can really good english and they'r in european so would be a admin like at 2p.m gtm online at gmt+1 at 3p.m, gtm+2 at 4p.m...
Like a few 1-3 at the time are not the many online always 800-1000
so would not many glitching/hacking in the time what i always see...
