Popular staff seem to get a message every 2 seconds which can make it rather difficult to weed through the spam. Especially if you get queries like i do,
"Twinny." <- in case I forgot my name?
"OMG HELP" <- Auto-assume it's about someone 'stealing gralats' -_-
"Hi can you help me?"
"Umm I have issues?"
"Hi can i ask a question?" <- don't they realise this is a question?
For the few who do ask a query, 9/10 it's a non-question or something thats answered in 5 other places. I don't even receive all that messages so it must be hard for the popular ones.
It's best to use [email protected] so we can track your issue and it won't be affected by idling out / going offline. Any queries regarding transfers should go straight to [email protected]

On a busy day, sometimes we can get overwhelmed by reports players send in and end up receiving reports faster than we can deal with them.
From the PMs we get, a lot are simple greeting messages or other short/random statements (a lot of people send obvious things like "you are admin" etc.). Although we appreciate the greetings, it's probably best if people sent them to our non-staff accounts, if we have one.
Filtering past those, many questions are not genuine queries, like when people ask for red bombs, hugs, drags, hats, etc. (someone once even asked me to help them boost), which will be ignored.
Then, we get the genuine queries as described by the OP. As you can see, these messages take up only a fraction of the total PMs we receive, so it is very easy for us to accidentally skip it and dismiss it while sifting through countless other messages.
As Twinny said, it's best to send questions to
[email protected], because it's not affected by busy staff dealing with reports, many staff can read and work on it as opposed to sending the question for a single staff member to answer, and best of all, you can write a lot more information in an email than in a PM due to Graal's message character limits.
