I certainly hope you tried the report system. It isn't perfect, but it usually ends up resolving these issues. Since the nickname is there, I'll look into it (if they haven't been banned yet, hopefully they are online when I am).




You really shouldn't see staff outside of events (on their staff accounts, anyway) because it means they probably aren't doing their work.

If you report these people, online GPs do look into it. I can tell you with certainty that people are regularly banned for the behavior you described.
