I'm a pretty cautious person when it comes to work, so I hope you don't mind asking a few things... I'm sure the following questions will benefit everyone.

1:
Do we or do we not have to follow the color palette?

Is the color palette simply a commutiny guideline or is it much deeper? Aka the set of colors embedded into the Graal server, otherwise rendering any other color unusable?

Because simply, if there is no color restriction, then I'm going to go HAM and use 50 shades of grey to render my GFX.

2:
This was not clear on the Halloween competition, so I'd like to know for certain this time... Can we use transparency or not?

3:
Do our items have to be outlined in black? Can we outline them in other dark colors, say if someone was to do a candy cane and outlined it in dark red and dark grey?... And if that even, then do they have to have a cartoon outlining at all?

4:
I saw GFX types listed: hats, morphs, weapons etc BUT can we also submit novelty items?- toys- balls- juggles etc?
